However, the most supremely powerful engine is reserved for the Trackhawk trim which tops out the 2021 lineup, with a supercharged 6.2L V8 cranking out an amazing 707 horsepower and 645lb-ft of torque, an immense amount of power for what’s after all only a two-row SUV rather than a performance coupe or truck.
Impressive Interior Technology
But it’s not only under the hood where the Grand Cherokee excels. Every 2021 model includes an infotainment touchscreen of either 7″ or 8.4″ in size, with an additional 7″ digital gauge cluster fronting up the dash.
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard on every trim to make smartphone connection a breeze, while navigation is available as an option with all the larger touchscreen sizes. Full Wi-Fi connectivity is optional, while families are sure to appreciate the available rear-seat entertainment system providing plenty of distraction for younger passengers.
And lastly, the choice of audio systems spans setups with six, nine, or 19 speakers, with the last one a high-end design provided by Harman Kardon.
